NOTICE TO DEFENDANTS
The Defendants operating the Defendants Internet Stores listed in Schedule A to the Complaint are hereby advised:
Plaintiff has charged Defendants with violations of United States federal and state laws prohibiting design patent, trademark, and copyright infringement. A copy of the Complaint, Summons, and other legal documents may be obtained from Plaintiff’s attorney, Flener IP Law, LLC, [email protected], 312.724.8874, and on this website. See links below.
Any answer or other response to the Complaint should be filed with the Clerk of the Court, United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, Chicago, Illinois within twenty-one (21) days from the date the summons is served upon you. If no appearance or pleading is filed, the Court may enter judgment against any Defendant that has not filed a responsive pleading.
A motion for entry of a preliminary injunction has been filed and that any responses or objections to that motion must be filed before January 5, 2024.
Defendants are advised to seek legal counsel.
